Bobcaygeon’s Boyer Lincoln Ford has pledged sponsorship of a third Purchase Award competition for 2023.
The carving will be a full-size Pileated Woodpecker displayed in suitable habitat.
Ribbons and cash prizes are awarded to the top three carvers. The winning carving is presented to the Award Sponsor. First prize for this Purchase Award competition is $1,000. Second prize is $100 and third is $50.
Boyer Ford Lincoln has been a generous supporter of the carving competition and the Bobcaygeon community in the past. Last year Boyer sponsored a competition for a full sized American Kestrel. Warren Townsend’s winning carving is prominently displayed at the dealership.
Other Purchase Awards for 2023 include a caricature and miniature decorative great Grey Owl.
